MyTrade App charges a flat rate subscription or a one-off yearly fee. It is solely up to the account holder to maintain their own subscription level/type. 

For monthly subscription account holders, payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle and will not be refunded upon cancellation of the subscription. Access to your MyTrade App account will remain accessible till the conclusion of the paid billing period. 

For yearly subscription holders, payment for the full year of use is due at the beginning of the subscription. A pro-rate refund will be provided should the account holder cancel the subscription at any time. To request a refund, please contact MyTrade App in writing via email at admin@mytradeapp.com.au.

All accounts holders will have access to their data should the service be suspended, cancelled or shut-down. MyTrade App will provide an export of this data on request for up to 7 years.
